This coffee has a medium roast level and originates from the Amazonas region in Northern Peru. It is grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters and includes varietals such as Typica, Castillo, Bourbon, and Catimor. The beans are hand-harvested using selective picking methods. Processing methods include washing for caffeinated beans and the Swiss Water® Process for decaffeinated beans. Traceability is fully maintained through the JUMARP cooperative (Juan Marco El Palto).
