This coffee is a dark roast sourced from the Yamón District in Northern Peru, grown at altitudes between 1,600 and 1,800 meters above sea level. It features Typica, Bourbon, Catimor, and Castillo varietals. The beans are hand-harvested for quality selection, fully washed, and decaffeinated using the Swiss Water® Process. It is fully traceable to the El Palto cooperative (JUMARP) through direct trade cooperative sourcing with transparent and ethical practices.
